Chef That! Grapefruit Pie!

Make this creamy, tart grapefruit pie with an easy graham cracker crust and swirls of whipped cream and crème fraîche.

Pastry chef Hannah Ziskin, co-owner of Quarter Sheets in Echo Park, puts her twist on a citrus curd pie. Think lemon or key lime pie except grapefruit — inspired by a sweet, mellow variety growing from a tree in her neighbor’s yard. Ziskin tops it with whipped cream and crème fraîche and garnishes the pie with lemon olive oil and grapefruit zest. Get the recipe.
